The policies are arranged by primary Insurance and underwritten at Lloyd's of London. The policies are issued by email to the address specifies in the application. They are issued as soon as the payment clears the bank's bureaux.
If a policy does not arrive within the time specified on the confirmation page telephone: 01444 401700 immediately.
Don't worry! The policy covers you, once you have paid. irrespective of where the email has ended up.
Money back guarantee. You may cancel any policy within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you have not already travelled or claimed on the policy.
