Accept is an innovative, multi-faceted community based service which enables individuals to develop a fulfilling lifestyle free from problematic alcohol use. Accept's aim is to put clients at the heart of decision-making about their treatment. The following services, some of which are local, are offered.

  • Information and advice over the telephone.
  • Referrals: by appointment. Self-referrals are welcomed.
  • Treatement services for problem drinkers. Appointment needed.
  • Drop-in group - No appointment needed.
  • Support and counselling for relatives and friends.
  • Education and research - workshops for professionals.
