ALED RICHARDS TRUSTThe Aled Richards Trust exists to provide services for people living with,
and affected by, HIV/AIDS. Anyone with a concern regarding HIV/AIDS is welcome to contact the Trust in
confidence, either by phone, letter, or in person. The Trust provides a range of information about local services for people
with HIV/AIDS (ie West of England) and about general issues such as testing,
ways of transmission of HIV, ways of protecting against HIV, help and support
available for people diagnosed as HIV positive etc. Services to people living with HIV include a Drop-In centre (open weekdays
and some evenings) a Buddying Service, support groups, counselling,
complementary therapies, advocacy, and practical help when needed, such as
driving, plumbing and gardening provided by volunteers.
