BLACKLINERS

Blackliners is a black-led voluntary organisation providing services to people of African, Asian and Caribbean extraction living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, and providing information to these communities on HIV/AIDS and sexual health. The organisation currently delivers a range of services as follows (note that some are local to the London area).

  • Telephone Helpline.
  • Counselling services.
  • Domiciliary / home care service.
  • Housing & Advocacy service.
  • Volunteer service.
  • A Health Advisory and Secondary Prevention Service targeted at African communities.
  • A Health Advisory and Primary Prevention Service targeted at young black people.
  • A Drop-In Service based at Hammersmith, London.
  • Training and Workshops.
  • Newsline, a quarterly newsletter.
