THE BRITISH BRAIN AND
SPINE FOUNDATIONThe British Brain and Spine Foundation is a registered charity involved in
medical research into neurological disorders and in providing information and
training to the general public and health professionals. Its main activities
are as follows: - Raising funds for vital medical research into neurological disorders.
- Providing information booklets about specific disorders to patients, GPs
and other health professionals.
- Producing training videos for medical schools.
- Working with schools to provide children with information about their own
bodies.
- Providing opportunities for GPs to continue their training in neurology.
The BBSF produces a regular newsletter, Brainwaves, and a large number of
