The Wales Epilepsy Association aims to help people with epilepsy in Wales,
their families and carers by offering the following services. A bi-lingual
service is provided wherever possible. Services include the following. - Provision of advice and information about epilepsy by means of the
Helpline, leaflets and books.
- Home visits.
- Advocacy.
- Education of the public about epilepsy.
- Training of care workers, managers, teachers and others on how to recognize
and deal with the various forms of epilepsy.
- Promotion and support of self-help groups.
