The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths is the UK’s leading cot
death charity. Its aims are both prevention of unexpected infant death and promotion of
infant health. To fulfil its aims FSID: raises funds for research supports
families whose babies have died suddenly and unexpectedly disseminates
information about cot death and infant care among professionals and the general
public FSID operates throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As well as the staff team in head office (press here for contact details)
there are also13 regional co-ordinators which actively promote FSID's
information across the country.
