LADY HOARE TRUST FOR
PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDRENThe Trust offers practical and emotional support to children with arthritis
and limb disabilities (whether genetic or caused by accident or disease) and to
children with rare genetic syndromes where there is no other support
organisation to offer assistance. The Trust employs a network of qualified
Field Workers who visit families at home, providing support and information to
meet their individual needs. Financial help may be given through the Trust's
small grant scheme.
