NATIONAL NEWPIN

NEWPIN Centres offer help to parents or main carers of preschool children who feel isolated, depressed or emotionally insecure and face difficulties raising children or are worried they might hurt them.

A programme of personal development is offered which involves parents coming to the Centre with their children during the day.

Centres have living rooms with connected play rooms and specially trained play facilitators on hand.

The personal development programme encourages parents to look at own upbringing and play with their children and includes therapeutic support groups and a 24-hour support network.
