NATIONAL REYE'S SYNDROME FOUNDATIONThe National Reye's Syndrome Foundation of the United Kingdom was formed to
provide funds for research into the cause, treatment, cure and prevention of
Reye's syndrome and Reye-like illnesses, to inform both the public and medical
communities and to provide support for parents whose children have suffered
from these diseases. Research is needed in the following areas. - Find the cause of Reye's syndrome and Reye-like illnesses.
- Develop improved means of early detection.
- Improve treatment methods.
The Foundation produces leaflets entitled After Reye's Syndrome,
and Your child and Reye's Syndrome - The Facts, The Dangers.
