The Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke Association exists to prevent
and alleviate chest, heart and stroke illnesses in Northern Ireland. The
Association offers the following services. - Stroke Schemes aimed at offering structured and therapeutic activities to
stroke victims on a weekly basis.
- Monthly social Stroke Groups and Cardiac Support Groups.
- Health promotion and education to the public.
- Health and fitness assessments for the public and within the work setting.
- Research projects.
- Helpline support (number above) and welfare support to those who are
victims of chest, heart and stroke illnesses.
