THE NATIONAL SOCIETY FOR EPILEPSY

The National Society for Epilepsy was founded in 1892. It has been providing services to help people with epilepsy, and professionals, for over 100 years.

Its objective is to advance the research, treatment, care, understanding, and support, for people with epilepsy nationwide.

The society is an independent registered charity administered by a board of governors. Its services are fully integrated into the mainstream of medical and social care available nationally to those with epilepsy.

The Chalfont Centre is its headquarters, where high quality nursing and residential care is offered for people with epilepsy and other physical disabilities, together with a wide range of occupational, medical, and paramedical services.
