PARENTS FOR INCLUSIONParents for Inclusion (Pi) was set up by parents in 1984 to provide support
for families who want their disabled children included in mainstream schools.
Pi runs a Helpline for all parents whose children have special educational
needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties. Pi also helps parents
set up self-help groups in schools and works closely with disabled adults to
provide Planning Positive Futures training for parents. Parents for Inclusion is a national registered charity. The organisation was
formerly known as Parents in Partnership.
