The Sick Children's Trust provides accommodation for the families of sick
children who are required to receive vital treatment many miles away from their
home. This promotes the recovery of the child and alleviates the stress placed
on parents and siblings. The Trust has four houses in London, one in Newcastle
upon Tyne and one in Leeds.
