around the root of your eyelashes.

- Wash your hands
- Add a generous pinch of salt to the water (bicarbonate of soda can also be
used)
- Dip a piece of cotton wool into the water and thoroughly bathe one eyelid,
paying particular attention to the roots of your eyelashes.
- Use a fresh piece of cotton wool for each eyelid - upper and lower - of
each eye.
- If you have been prescribed ointment, rub a little into your eyelids using
the tip of your finger, after the above cleaning has been completed. repeat
